Earlier today  challenging the constitutionality of the President’s recent Executive Order actions.  As we have been discussing, President Obama has recently issued  numerous Executive Orders affecting the employment practices of Federal Contractors.

The details of the Speaker’s proposed lawsuit are not yet available but we will make sure to keep you update as we learn of new developments on this front.
