EEOC Focused on Caregiver Discrimination

The COVID-19 pandemic brought caregivers and the issues they face to the forefront. The EEOC released new guidance that helps employers support caregivers while avoiding discrimination risks that could arise. Attorney Ann Knuckles Mahoney tells us more.
