Wednesday, July 3, 2013

A key provision of the Affordable Care Act has been delayed: The U.S. Department of Treasury announced on Tuesday that employers will have an additional year (until 2015) to comply with the requirement to provide health coverage to full time employees, or pay a fine.  The other provisions of the Affordable Care Act have not been delayed.  Additional guidance is expected in the coming weeks.
