New York-based IPA 100 firm Citrin Cooperman (FY24 net revenue $871 million) announced it has acquired substantially all the assets of Woodland Hills, Calif.-based firm Barkin Perren Schwager & Dolan LLP (BPSD).

The acquisition deepens Citrin Cooperman’s presence in Southern California and enhances its capabilities across key sectors, including entertainment and professional services. BPSD joins Citrin Cooperman with 3 partners and over 20 professionals.
