Topics range from CFPB Consent Orders, the FTC’s requests for commentary on proposed changes, the section of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES act) which amends the FCRA, and the thousands of cases filed annually against banks, credit reporting agencies, debt collectors, retailers, and other organizations.  Regular FCRA contributors from Womble Bond Dickinson include Nadia Adams, Nikku D. KhalifianSarah Meyer,  Nicole Su, and Jason D. Wyman.
