RESPA Section 8: Noteworthy Developments

This course will cover recent RESPA enforcement actions by the CFPB, as well as RESPA guidance recently issued by the Bureau and the FDIC. Topics will include marketing services agreements, prohibited gift arrangements, lead generation, and lender-broker relationships. The course is suitable for legal professionals practicing in banking and financial services, particularly mortgage loan originations.

This program is pending approval for 1.0 hour of CLE credit by the Alabama State Bar.
