The exposures construction professionals face have become more complicated due to changes over the past decade such as alternative project delivery systems, clients’ demands for added value, expansion of their role on a project, and significant pressures related to project scheduling and costs. Wendy and Andrew address these and other issues that force construction professionals to significantly increase their ability to manage risk – in the field, in negotiating and contracting, and when procuring coverage and/or trying to transfer risk to others. The webinar will address some of these emerging issues and provide tools to identify and manage potential professional and technological risks to contractors.
