Yohana, a member of the Corporate team, aids clients by assisting with a wide variety of corporate transactions. She focuses her practice on sophisticated corporate transactions, corporate governance issues, SEC reporting and compliance, and public offerings. She also has experience in all aspects of the certification process for disadvantaged, minority, women, and veteran business enterprises (D/M/W/VBEs) with various agencies throughout the country.

Prior to attending law school, Yohana was a second grade special education teacher for Teach for America in Brooklyn, NY.
