Yitzhak Zvi Dubitzky counsels investment companies and their advisers and broker-dealers on regulatory issues and transactional matters, including fund formation, ongoing compliance, and corporate governance. Zvi brings to his clients on-the-ground experience counseling bankers and traders. Before joining Morgan Lewis, he worked in the legal and compliance group of a global investment bank. While there, he focused on exchange-traded fund (ETF) trading and equity syndicate matters, advising clients regarding equities sales and trading, as well as equity capital markets. Zvi is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts only.
