Wojciech is a US-qualified associate in our International Trade Practice Group, where he helps clients in navigating the complexities of EU and global trade regulations and enforcement mechanisms. He represents clients in all stages of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations before the European Commission, including gathering and analysing economic data, drafting submissions and assisting clients during verification visits. In addition, he regularly counsels clients on WTO law and EU economic sanctions, export control, customs, rules of origin and free trade agreements. Wojciech also has experience in assisting in trade-related litigation before the EU General Court and Court of Justice in Luxembourg. Apart from counselling private and corporate clients, he has advised sovereign governments on trade negotiations and trade policy development.
Before joining our firm, Wojciech interned at the European Commission and worked for international law firms in Brussels and tax consultancies in Warsaw. Apart from his professional engagement, he regularly supports international moot court competitions, helping law students in building their advocacy skills.
