Wesley Wintermyer is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation and White Collar Defense and Investigations groups. His practice focuses on advising corporations and individuals in connection with government inquiries, internal investigations and litigation matters.
Wes received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama, where he was an Executive Editor of the Alabama Law Review and member of the school’s civil defense legal clinic. He also earned his B.S. in Accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama. Wes is admitted to practice in Georgia and the District of Colombia.
