Vincenzo Lucibello is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of The Private Credit Group.
Vincenzo’s corporate finance experience includes representation of lenders and issuers in a wide array of innovative financing transactions including senior, subordinated, secured and unsecured debt, single lender and syndicated transactions, term and revolving credit facilities and asset-based financings related to leveraged buyouts, growth capital investments, acquisition financings and other finance-related transactions involving private sources of capital.
He attended the University of Virginia Law School, J.D., 2005 and the University of Virginia, B.A., 2002.
