Victoria Calhoon is a product liability litigator who represents regional and national manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer products in individual cases and multidistrict litigation. She brings expertise on scientific issues and expert witness matters to defend clients.
Focused on the Science of Product Liability
Victoria identifies the appropriate experts, prepares strategies to address opposing parties’ experts’ theories, and writes Daubert briefs to limit or exclude opposing parties’ experts. Victoria works with expert witnesses to address regulatory and scientific issues that arise in product liability litigation. She also has experience defending medical causation theories through working with epidemiologists.

Beyond product liability litigation, Victoria also advises on environmental litigation, insurance recovery, environmental due diligence, product warranty counseling and historic preservation matters.
Past Experience
Before joining Faegre Drinker, Victoria worked as an associate for an Indiana firm, focusing on environmental matters. Prior to law school, she worked as an architectural reviewer at the Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission and an architectural historian at an architecture and engineering firm in Wisconsin.
