Timothy R. Casey represents debtors, creditors’ committees, indenture trustees, receivers, assignees for the benefit of creditors, individual secured and unsecured creditors and bankruptcy trustees in all phases of out-of-court workouts, receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors, Chapter 11 reorganizations and Chapter 7 liquidations.
Tim has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting plans of reorganization, disclosure statements, workout agreements and commercial transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, and opinion letters in securitized financings. His practice also includes litigation in bankruptcy and other courts. Tim has spoken on restructuring and bankruptcy issues, including health care insolvencies, successor liability, zone of insolvency and distressed asset sales at both national and local conferences.
