Mr. Glasgow advises entities and individuals on the federal and state and local tax consequences of a wide variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, joint ventures, and restructurings of corporations and partnerships. In addition, Mr. Glasgow has worked on several controverted matters and has extensive estate planning experience.
Prior to joining HRO, Mr. Glasgow was an associate at Modrall, Sperling, Roehl, Harris & Sisk in Santa Fe, New Mexico from 2003-2006, and served as an attorney-advisor to the Honorable Renato Beghe of the United States Tax Court from 2001-2003.
