Thomas A. Zelante, Jr. focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, product liability, and mass tort matters. Tom represents global, national, and local clients from various industries in all facets of litigation in both federal and state court throughout the country, with a particular focus on litigation in New Jersey and New York federal and state court.
Tom also counsels clients on all aspects of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, domestic arbitration, and international arbitration, before tribunals both within and beyond the United States.
Tom maintains an active pro bono practice and serves as an attorney-mentor with the New Jersey Law and Education Empowerment Project (NJ LEEP).
