Tessa B. Harvey is an Associate at Binder & Schwartz LLP. Her practice focuses on complex commercial, financial, and bankruptcy litigation. Tessa has represented clients in litigation concerning mortgage-backed securities, interest-rate swaps and derivatives, and other complex financial securities and investments. She also has represented individuals and corporate clients in a variety of contract and commercial disputes in federal courts, state courts, and arbitration.
Tessa received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was an Associate Editor on the Fordham Moot Court and a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. She has been selected by Super Lawyers as a New York Rising Star since 2015.
