Sean focuses his practice on complex business litigation matters and bankruptcy. He has litigated contract and business tort cases, shareholder fraud actions, unfair competition claims and employment actions. He has represented clients in a broad range of industries including real estate, food and beverage, energy, bio-technology, financial services, and hospitality.
Sean has experience drafting critical litigation documents from basic pleadings to summary judgment motions and complex settlement agreements. Sean has obtained relief on behalf of creditors in complex insolvency proceedings.
Beyond litigation, Sean has provided guidance to domestic and international corporate clients on compliance with federal and state banking regulations and contractual obligations.
