Swati V. Rawani is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Antitrust Practice. Ms. Rawani's practice spans a wide range of antitrust matters. She has represented clients before the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice, and foreign competition authorities in merger investigations, criminal and civil cartel investigations, and other non-merger conduct investigations.
