Suraj Saggar helps clients resolve disputes in the energy, infrastructure and construction sectors by representing them in the English courts, international arbitrations, and in contract negotiations. He also advises clients on dispute avoidance strategy during projects.
Suraj has particular expertise in the offshore construction sector. He previously completed a secondment to Seaway7, a leading offshore wind EPCI contractor, to negotiate various T&I and EPC contracts related to the East Anglia 3 wind farm project. He has represented several offshore construction contractors in arbitrations.
Suraj also completed a secondment with Protium, the UK’s largest green hydrogen energy developer, to advise on industry-first project and EPC workscopes.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Suraj was an associate solicitor in the London office of a large international law firm.
