Sumon Dantiki is an Associate in the firm’s Washington office. His practice focuses on litigation and international matters, including advising clients on cybersecurity, law enforcement, and export control issues. He also provides advice for clients seeking national security approval for foreign investments before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
Prior to joining the firm, he served as Special Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for National Security at the United States Department of Justice, where he assisted senior officials in the development and oversight of national security operations, policies and laws.
