Sarah Bartlett helps businesses develop solutions as they operate and conduct transactions. She advises on business matters involving mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions and SEC reporting requirements. Her experience includes assisting clients with public offerings and debt financing. She brings an international perspective gained from a semester studying international business law in Portugal, a humanitarian internship in Peru and providing legal assistance to immigrants.
Previous Experience
Sarah gained experience in legal research and writing as a research assistant at the University of Iowa College of Law and a summer associate at Faegre Drinker. She also spent two years as a paralegal at a Utah law firm, where she focused on immigration matters.
Personal Interests
Sarah enjoys relaxing in the great outdoors by camping and backpacking. She exercises both her feet and her fingers as a competitive runner/triathlete and as a skilled pianist who performed in a 2008 international piano tour in central and eastern Europe.
