Roxanne Nydegger is a Benefits Analyst in the Overland Park, Kansas and Kansas City, Missouri offices of Jackson Lewis P.C.
Ms. Nydegger works with clients to identify business-focused employee benefit programs to meet their most sophisticated needs. She works to build trusting relationships with clients as an experienced benefit professional as well as a liaison for our attorneys. Ms. Nydegger works diligently to identify compliance issues and develop strategies for compliance with practical cost effective solutions.
Ms. Nydegger is experienced in:
- Preparation of qualified retirement plans, including 401(k), profit sharing, ESOPs, defined benefit, and governmental plans.
- Resolution of document and operational failures through use of IRS and DOL-sponsored compliance programs.
- Preparation of plan compliance reviews and development and implementation of action plan to facilitate any necessary changes.
- Drafting determination letters and submitting applications to the IRS on the tax-qualified status of plans.
- Preparation of due diligence document reviews associated with mergers and acquisitions.
