Ross is active in the firm’s Corporate and Financial Restructuring practice groups. He regularly advises clients on the negotiation and execution of complex business transactions, bankruptcy and financial restructurings, as well as corporate governance and securities matters.
Ross has also written extensively on the subjects of cybersecurity and emerging technologies, and his articles have been featured in Bloomberg Big Law Business, Law360 and the National Law Review, among other publications.
Earlier in his career, Ross served as a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and as a legal intern in the State Attorney’s Office in Tampa, Florida. He successfully completed the Fullbridge Program in September 2016.

- Represented Credit Suisse in various financings and transactions, including distressed debt and claims trading.
- Represented an ad hoc group of holders of senior secured notes in the chapter 11 cases of American Eagle Energy Corp., et al.
- Represented a significant creditor in the chapter 11 cases of Sabine Oil & Gas Corp., et al.
- Represented a significant holder of trade claims in the chapter 11 cases of Nortel Networks, Inc., et al.
- Represented Singer Children Management Trust and affiliates in connection with various investments.
- Counseled REITs on the scope and impact of the ‘first-in-kind’ New York cybersecurity regulations.
