Rosalyn R. Broad* is an Associate at McDermott Will Emery's New York office. She works closely with hospitals, health systems and physician-owned practices on buy-side and sell-side transactions, joint ventures, payor agreements, medical director agreements, and data licensing and privacy matters. She also works with clients on regulatory and compliance issues, helping them navigate Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) and Health Insurance Profitability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements, as well as Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement policies.
