Robert Bourret provides regulatory and general legal counsel to securities broker-dealers, commodities market participants and other financial services industry participants. He also helps financial industry clients in both corporate and transactional matters, including advising on fund formation, restructurings and joint ventures.
Helping clients through a diverse background of experience
As the former campaign manager for Congressman Bill Foster, Robert brings a unique work background to assist clients. While in law school, Robert served as the special projects editor of the Duke Law Journal, co-authored an article that appeared in the 84th volume of the Ohio State Law Journal, and published an article in the Duke University FinReg blog.
