Mr. Hadorn is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group and concentrates his practice on pharmaceutical litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act. During his career, he has managed all phases of patent litigations and other intellectual-property disputes, from initial fact investigation through trial and appeal, in various technological areas, including pharmaceuticals, computer software and hardware, telecommunications, and the mechanical arts.
