Rich leads the firm's Public Finance Practice and is a member of the firm's governing Policy Committee as well as its Compensation Committee. He primarily represents mutual funds, indenture trustees, hedge funds, and insurance companies in tax-exempt bond transactions, focusing in the area of high-yield securities in both workout and new money transactions.
