Ricardo López is an Associate in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in employment and workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counsel.
While attending law school, Mr. López was an extern for the Hon. Stephen R. Reinhardt of the 9th Cir. Court of Appeals and was co-chair of the UCI Latino/a Law Student Association. He collected numerous awards including the 2015 - 2016 Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund Law School Scholarship, the Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County Wally Davis Scholarship, The National Law Review May 2016 Student Law Writing Competition, the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s 7th Annual Rule of Law Competition and the 2016 ABA Criminal Justice Section's William Greenhalgh Student Writing Competition. He was also a member of a team that won Best Petitioners Brief in the National Latino/a Law Students Association Moot Court competition held October 2015 in Chicago.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. López was an associate at a national business and litigation law firm.
