Professional Biography

Reymond Yammine is an associate in the firm’s Newark office, where he focuses his practice on general commercial litigation matters with a particular focus on energy, construction, and infrastructure. In addition, Mr. Yammine focuses his practice on government enforcement matters with particular emphasis on compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), and matters in the field of cyber insurance.

Mr. Yammine has represented clients in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration matters. Mr. Yammine’s broader litigation experience includes fact investigation, motion practice, drafting pre- and post-trial filings, and conducting complex legal research for the drafting of substantive motions and briefs. As part of his FCPA practice, Mr. Yammine has conducted due diligence investigations of current and prospective business partners, distributors, and agents on behalf of multiple companies, including a multinational Fortune 500 company.

Mr. Yammine is also a dedicated member of the firm’s pro bono group. Mr. Yammine has represented several clients seeking to normalize their immigration status through the Executive Office for Immigration Review (“EOIR”) and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”). In addition, Mr. Yammine has represented members of the LGBTQ+ community seeking name changes, and domestic violence victims seeking relief through Protection from Abuse (“PFA”) orders.
