Reed Sirak is an associate in Squire Patton Boggs’ Environmental, Safety & Health practice group. Reed is involved in matters pertaining to the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and other state and federal statutes and regulations. He also assists clients on issues involving regulatory compliance and performing environmental due diligence.
Prior to joining the firm, Reed was an associate for a boutique natural resources and insurance defense law firm in Anchorage, Alaska, clerked for the Honorable Magistrate Judge John D. Roberts at US District Court for the District of Alaska at Anchorage, and clerked for the Honorable Deputy Presiding Judge Vanessa H. White at Palmer Superior Court.
