Rajiv is a trusted advisor to clients in a wide range of corporate issues, including public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, transactions involving venture capital and emerging companies, and much more. His experience includes representing issuers and underwriters on a variety of securities transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and uplistings. In addition to transactional work, he counsels clients on securities compliance matters, ongoing reporting requirements of publicly traded companies, corporate governance best practices, and various other matters affecting publicly-traded companies and their officers and directors.

Rajiv also has experience in the alternative investments industry and has advised sponsors and broker-dealers on a variety of private securities offerings for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Business Development Companies (BDCs), and Delaware Statutory Trust 1031 Exchange offerings, among others.
