Rajat Prakash is a senior finance executive with over 20 years’ experience leading strategic functions including Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Treasury, Investor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Risk Management.
Most recently, Rajat was the Vice President - Finance at Talen Energy (a data center, digital currency, and power generation company) where he led Corporate Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations and Credit functions. Prior to Talen, he spent two decades driving strategic initiatives in consumer, technology, and manufacturing sectors across United States, Europe, and Asia.
Rajat holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology, India.
