Raina Sharma is an associate in the San Diego, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters. Raina strives to become an integral member of her clients’ team in order to deliver high-value legal services.
When litigation is necessary, Raina stands ready. Before joining Jackson Lewis, Raina was a deputy public defender and represented clients throughout the entire litigation process. Raina’s litigation experience includes negotiations, status conferences, and jury trials. Raina successfully second chaired a jury trial which resulted in a not guilty verdict for her client.
While in law school, Raina was an associate editor on UC Irvine Law Review and contributed over 200 pro bono hours to the California Innocence Project Collaboration and the Legal Aid Society of Orange County.
