Phillip Sosnow is an Associate in Bilzin Sumberg's Real Estate Group. Phillip focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing and the representation of lenders and borrowers in complex commercial financing involving commercial mortgage backed securities, mezzanine loans and loan restructurings. Prior to joining Bilzin Sumberg, Phillip practiced at a well-known, international law firm based in New York City and has been practicing in Miami at a Florida-based law firm since 2012.
While attending Fordham University School of Law, Phillip was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and served as a summer clerk to the Honorable Martin Ritholtz, New York Supreme Court, Civil Term.
