Paul Holscher is Of Counsel in the Raleigh, North Carolina, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He is a native of North Carolina and has been advising management and executives in the workplace for more than a decade.
Mr. Holscher works with clients – large and small – to implement practical approaches to resolve workplace issues, to maintain legal compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and to foster a productive work environment. He strives to avoid litigation while providing cost-effective service to clients. Mr. Holscher frequently provides training to management and human resources professionals. He has defended against dozens of employment-based lawsuits for employers in a variety of industries. Mr. Holscher has significant experience defending against claims made with various administrative agencies including, but not limited to, the National Labor Relations Board; the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; the North Carolina Department of Labor; and the North Carolina Department of Commerce, Division of Employment Security.
