Oleg earned his J.D. from Cornell University Law School, where he was a general editor of the Cornell Law Review. He earned his B.A. from New York University.
Oleg advises clients on a broad range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, including reviewing and revising transaction documents and conducting due diligence and analyses of qualified and non-qualified plans, health and welfare plans and incentive equity arrangements. He has experience with designing and implementing compensation plans and agreements as well as advising companies and officers on disclosure obligations under federal securities laws.
