Professional Biography

Oldrich Foucek III, “Ollie” (pronounced O-Lee) is a founding partner of the firm’s Pennsylvania office. Throughout his distinguished career, he has litigated and favorably resolved disputes in matters involving a wide range of substantive issues. Along the way, Ollie has earned the confidence of his loyal clients, becoming both a trusted advisor and friend to many. Among the types of cases he has litigated are:

  • Construction disputes
  • Shareholders’ disputes
  • Employee restrictive covenants
  • Corporate governance
  • Real estate tax exemptions
  • Healthcare reimbursement
  • Title VII/ADEA
  • Class Actions
  • ERISA
  • Securities fraud

In addition, Ollie has successfully argued appeals before the Pennsylvania Supreme, Superior, and Commonwealth Courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Ollie is also well-known as an active community volunteer and leader. For almost 30 years, he chaired the Allentown City Planning Commission. He has also served on the boards of The Allentown Neighborhood Improvement Zone Development Authority, The Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, Touchstone Theatre and Pennsylvania Stage Company. He was also a long-term board member and secretary of Saucon Valley Country Club. However, perhaps Ollie’s greatest passion for service has been demonstrated by his involvement at his alma mater, Lehigh University, where he has served as a trustee, president of the Alumni Association and on the advisory boards of the College of Arts and Sciences, Zoellner Arts Center and Lehigh’s art galleries.
