Nicholas A. Dooher practices in the firm's real estate group with a focus on transactional real estate and business matters including common interest communities, affordable housing and general real estate development. He represents a wide range of developers, purchasers, property owner associations, financial institutions and sellers of real estate. Nick has experience working with 1031 tax deferred real estate exchanges, leasing, development, common interest communities, entity formation and real estate financing.
Prior to law school Nick interned at the U.S. Department of Commerce and was involved with tariff and tax issues for American companies doing business in Latin America. After completing law school, prior to joining our team, Nick worked in-house with a regional bank, consulted on 1031 tax deferred exchanges and practiced law in the Vail, Colorado area.
