Nadine’s practice focuses on representing real estate developers and owners in construction transactions, commercial developments, and other real estate matters. She regularly advises clients on all types of construction-related agreements, including engineering, procurement, technology licensing, master services, and licensing and access agreements. Her work also includes counseling clients on the renovation of flagship properties in New York, New York, negotiating long-term leases, and handling complex commercial litigation. Nadine has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including real estate and hospitality.
Prior to joining Mintz, Nadine was an associate at an Atlanta-based national law firm, where she advised clients on large-scale construction deals and projects as well as a broad range of lease and property agreements. Earlier, she was an associate at a Hartford-based national law firm, where she advised clients on all aspects of construction projects.
