Molly is an associate in Holland & Hart's Employee Benefits practice based in the firm's Denver office. She assists clients in complying with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), and relevant sections of the Internal Revenue Code.
