Michelle Willauer is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office. She is a member of the Government Contracts Practice Group. She advises clients across a broad range of government contracting issues, including helping clients navigate government investigations, FAR compliance issues, mergers and acquisitions, and issues involving government cost accounting and Cost Accounting Standards. Ms. Willauer also represents clients in bringing and defending bid protests.
