Michael N. Kreitzer, a trial lawyer for more than three decades, represents many national and international businesses and prominent individuals in their most consequential disputes. He has tried many jury and non-jury trials to final verdict and/or judgment in both federal and state courts throughout Florida and nationally. He also represents clients in arbitration proceedings and other alternative dispute resolution forums. Michael also has a very active practice in the areas of construction litigation, commercial real estate development litigation, trademark disputes and the representation of financial institutions and special servicers. He also appears regularly in both state and federal appellate courts.
