Michael Lee is an associate in Barnes & Thornburg’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Labor and Employment Department. Mr. Lee defends employers and individuals in wage & hour class action as well as single-plaintiff and labor disputes.
Mr. Lee previously served as a litigation associate at various law firms in Southern California, including defending multinational conglomerate corporations, manufacturers, designers, and distributors in product liability cases. Mr. Lee also defended employers in single-plaintiff discrimination cases as well as represented financial advisers, brokers, and lawyers in claims involving professional negligence.
Mr. Lee earned his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he attended with Dean’s Merit Scholarship. He earned a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
