Michael J. Sebba, an associate in Cadwalader’s Intellectual Property Group, focuses his practice in the area of patent litigation. In addition to representing clients in patent infringement suits filed in U.S. district courts and the United States International Trade Commission as well as patent office proceedings in the PTAB, Michael counsels clients with respect to IP licensing and transactions, offensive and defensive patent analyses, and invalidity and noninfringement opinions.
