- Represents Canadian and U.S. affiliated companies at the Detroit border in obtaining work authorization for Canadian employees to work in the U.S.
- Advises clients on Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance, providing training and internal audit assistance
- Successfully obtained H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, O-1 and other non-immigrant statuses
- Provides internal training on immigration basics to help clients understand complex immigration concepts
