Matthew J. Gryzlo advises clients on domestic and international patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition and other related causes. Matthew focuses primarily in the areas of intellectual property (IP) litigation and intellectual property acquisition and portfolio management.
Matthew has served as trial counsel on intellectual property litigation matters, including patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret, unfair competition and false advertising actions in federal district courts, federal courts of appeals, state courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC). Matthew has actively participated in all aspects of the litigation and trial process. Matthew has also served as lead counsel in inter partes review matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). In addition, Matthew has crafted licensing strategies and other business solutions to resolve contested matters without the need for litigation.
