Matt C. Altro is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of Altro Levy LLP. He is responsible for managing the core business aspects of the firm, including marketing, business strategy, operations, information technology, human resources and finance. Mr. Altro is responsible for managing the firm’s eight offices and also plays a key role in creating and managing important business relationships/strategic alliances for the firm and its clients.
Matt has developed specialized knowledge with respect to wealth planning for Canadians moving to the U.S. and Americans moving to Canada. With six years of experience in the cross border wealth planning industry, Matt has deep knowledge of Canadian and U.S. systems. Working with clients, he creates comprehensive plans that are designed to minimize tax, address estate planning issues, achieve retirement goals, identify investment opportunities, obtain healthcare coverage and meet immigration objectives.
