Mary Buckley Tobin is an associate in the Health Care Operations practice group. Her practice focuses on regulatory issues affecting health care providers, including reimbursement, fraud and abuse and clinical research.
Mary advises health care providers and practitioners on a variety of complex regulatory and compliance issues, including:
• Licensing rules
• Telehealth reimbursement rules
• Fraud and abuse laws, including Stark Law, Anti-kickback statues and False Claims Act
• Medicare reimbursement
• Clinical research regulation
Prior to joining Polsinelli, Mary practiced law an associate at a Chicago based law firm and worked as a healthcare consultant at a national consulting firm. While in law school, she served as a Beazley Institute Health Law Fellow, health law legal writing tutor and was an articles editor on the Loyal University Chicago Law and a member of Annals of Health Law.
