Maroš joined the firm in 2018, during the last year of his studies. Before joining the team, he worked as a legal intern for another international law firm. During his studies, he mainly focused on financial law (banking and capital markets), international dispute resolution and general corporate law. Maroš also represented Charles University in the 24th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. He has been arbitrating ever since.
Among other extracurricular activities, Maroš served as a board member and vice president of The Common Law Society student organisation.
While on exchange at the University of Tilburg, Maroš broadened his area of interest by studying about the legal challenges of blockchain-based processes and environments.
